    Includes: Smart Lock Hardware & Install, 12months Software Subscription + Duress Panel.

    *Based off standard installations in major areas. Locksmith fees excluded for certain doors.

  • $100 P/M

    Includes: Duress Panel + 24/7 Monitoring Support by ESS Security

  • Your first 12 months is covered.

    There is a $550 p/y fee after your first 12 months *subject to manufacturers pricing.

  • $3500 Upfront Installation Fee*

    $100 p/m for 24/7 monitoring + Duress Panel.

  • A 5 year term per transaction on all equipment.
